Is a free listing really free?
Yes. Your basic listing has no subscription fee and does not require a credit card. Premium membership and Alfred are optional.
Can service-area businesses join?
Absolutely. Choose “Serving the area” and describe where you work. You do not need to publish your home address.
Does premium include Facebook promotion?
Yes. Each Premium member gets one sponsored post each month on the New Braunfels News Facebook page, dedicated entirely to their business. Post details and scheduling will be coordinated with you. Audience reach and sales are not guaranteed. Paid advertising spend is separate.
What happens after the first 12 months?
Your membership automatically renews at $99/month after the 12-month founding discount ends. You can cancel future renewals through Manage billing in your account. Your basic listing remains free.
Do I have to receive marketing messages?
No. Email offers and SMS offers are separate, optional choices, both off by default. Declining either does not affect your listing or membership price. You can change them in your account anytime.
Will my email be public?
No. Your owner email is used to manage your listing and respond to requested information. The optional business-growth email checkbox covers New Braunfels News and Tiberius AI offers, including Alfred.
How do customers reach me?
Customers can use your website or phone links. Owner-submitted listings also accept inquiries into your account inbox. Check your dashboard for new messages; email notifications are not connected yet.
